Installer won't run
Make sure you downloaded the installer from the official Downloads page, and that your antivirus software isn't blocking it.
Can't sign in
- Double-check your email and password
- Make sure your email address is verified — see How to Verify Your Email Address
- If you still can't sign in, use the Forgot Password option or contact support
